Shipping/Return/Feedback Policy

 

PAYMENT POLICY: It is necessary to contact us within three days of auction end, or store purchase, to let us know what payment method you plan to use. Payment must be received within ten days of purchase. If for some reason this can not be done, please email me so I know. I prefer payment be made with Paypal, as it is the quickest form of payment and affords you, the buyer, the most protection and assures the quickest turn around time. All credit cards are accepted through Paypal. I will also accept personal checks (which are NOT held prior to shipment, I ship same day they arrive), cashiers checks, and money orders. Please keep in mind, if paying by method other than Paypal that it will, most generally, take your payment that has been mailed to me 3 to 5 business days to arrive. If for some reason, circumstances beyond your control keep you from completing payment, please just email me. I more then anyone know that life can have a way of changing things in a matter of minutes. I would rather know you needed to be let out of the transaction then thinking & pursuing you as a non-paying bidder!

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY: Normally your purchases are shipped same day or on the first business day following payment. Occasionally, this will not be possible. In the event that it can not be shipped that quickly, you will be notified and given a date for shipment. Under no circumstances will it be delayed more than three business days. Currently we ship both Domestic & International orders via USPS First Class Mail.  First Class mail takes 2-9 days for delivery. Please allow time for your package to arrive, we can't control the speed of the USPS. We are always happy to ship by priority mail, for an additional charge if cleared with us prior to payment. Insurance is optional at a cost of $1.50 for the first $50.00 of value, and $1.20 for every $100.00 or portion of $100.00 in value thereafter.

 

 

RETURN POLICY: If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase, notify me within 2 days of receiving your order, and I will make every effort to correct the problem. If the item is to be returned, a full refund will be made, excluding any shipping charges once your purchase has been returned. Item to be returned at buyers expense. Above all we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase!!!! Any item being returned, must be returned in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. PLEASE NOTE***We realize not everyone will be happy with their purchase, but under no circumstances will a refund be issued if we suspect buyers remorse!

 

FEEDBACK POLICY: We leave feedback for every buyer once we know the transaction is complete. And we do so within 24 hours. We consider the transaction to be complete, once you notify us by leaving positive feedback telling us that you received the item in good condition and are happy with your purchase. We take our 5 star feedback rating with eBay very seriously. If there is any problem please contact us and allow us the opportunity to make it right.
